In order to apply to Lake Hills Montessori, please return a completed Application Form to Lake Hills Montessori.

Enrollment & Fees:
After your child’s acceptance, parents must complete, sign and return all enrollment forms to Lake Hills Montessori before your child’s first day of attendance. An Enrollment Fee of $200 is to be paid upon the enrollment of your child.
