Kate was born and grew up in Europe and moved to Texas as a teenager. She has a BAAS with a CPM certification and started her career in medical sales. After working in sales for over 20 years, she became a Sales Trainer and was the senior sales trainer for the Wilson Ellis company where she developed curriculum design, high-level facilitation, organizational development, performance improvement, strategic planning, leadership development and more. After many years of being in the corporate world training and traveling, she decided that it was time to move into something a little different where she could be closer to home. On a whim, she agreed to help a friend who worked at LHM and ended up subbing. It didn’t take long for her to realize that Lake Hills Montessori was where she belonged. Eighteen years and many hundreds of children later she is still here and loves LHM, the staff and families like they are her own. When she is not at work, Ms. Kate likes to ride her horses, spend time with her three children and grandchildren and do all things outdoors.
